Sales and Delivery

The experience ticket and order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If you don't receive an email, you should first check whether our email ended up in your spam or advertising folder. If it isn't there, please contact us for assistance.

VAT

All prices at the Trondheim Guide Service are in NOK and include VAT. Guided tours and books are exempt from VAT.

Gift card

Our gift card is a gift card for a specific amount that can be used as a means of payment. Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if this is not met.

Typo

We reserve the right to cancel typographical errors on our website, social media, newsletters, and other email communications, and reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a material and/or obvious error.

Liability and Insurance

As a registered company, we have liability insurance. We expect all participants of our tours to have valid travel insurance.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Please meet 5 minutes before the tour starts. On arrival, you must be able to document your booking with your ticket or booking confirmation. If you have purchased a student or pilgrim ticket, you must present your student ID/pilgrim pass together with the ticket without being asked.
