Sales and Delivery

The experience ticket and order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our email has ended up in your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, you can contact us for help.

VAT

All prices at Trondheim Guide Service are quoted in NOK and include VAT. Guided tours and books are exempt from VAT.

Gift Card

Our gift card is a gift card for a specified amount that can be used as a means of payment. Our gift cards cannot be combined and must therefore be used individually. Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if this is not complied with.

Typographical errors

We reserve the right to cancel any typographical errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other email communications, and reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a material and/or obvious error.

Liability and Insurance

As a registered company, of course, we have liability insurance. We expect every participant on our tours to have valid travel insurance.

Requirements upon arrival for the experience

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival, you must be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation. If you purchased a student ticket, please show your student ID along with the ticket.
